We listened to our clients’ concerns regarding the operability of their polymer wetting apparatus and developed a bespoke dynamic wetting head for the cEOR market to address the concerns raised. Our wetting head continuously and consistently produces wetted polymer at high mother liquor concentrations, resulting in hydrated polymer solutions below a MPFR of 1.2.
Following extensive in-house testing of our wetting head at our facilities in Johannesburg, ProProcess comprehensively field-tested the patented technology on several cEOR piloting applications. We actively monitor the performance of the DWH and other key equipment via our remote telemetry applications. We are excited to share that the ProProcess Wetting Head has enjoyed >3,000 hours of uninterrupted run time, without operator intervention.
