Integrated Systems
ProProcess designed and built a variety of flocculant / polymer plants to align with the end-user’s capacity and requirements. The integrated units cater for the lower flocculant / polymer dosing requirements and lends itself to be either containerised or skid mounted depending on the end-users site conditions and preference.
ProProcess produces a variety of flocculant / polymer make-up plants suitable for each individual application. The following broad types of flocculant plants are available from ProProcess with a strong focus on modularisation:

Continuous Range
ProProcess offer a standard range of continuous systems and has designed, built, installed and commissioned one of the world’s largest continuous flocculant plant capable of hydrating 1 500kg/hr of dry flocculant powder. This demonstrates that flocculant hydration can effectively be achieved on a continuous basis in a low shear environment. This modular plant was fabricated in South Africa prior to final assembly and commissioning in the Canadian Oil-Sands region.

Modularised
We offer flocculant plants as modularised sections that can be configured to meet the end-users needs.These plant sections can be either containerised of skid mounted depending on site conditions and preference. The containerised units are also available with weather insulation for extreme climates.
